It gives me immense pleasure to lead Shivshakti Arts, Commerce College, Babhulgaon as a principal of this college. The college has been established on 15^th August 1990 to fulfill higher educational needs of surrounding community. Ever since the college has successfully completed two cycles of National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with indomitable support and spirit of all staff members. At present the college is preparing for third cycle of NAAC.

Recently the college has celebrated its Silver Jubilee by organizing grand programme. The college has adopted four surrounding villages and organized various programmes in these villages to create social awareness among the surrounding community. It receives funds form UGC for academic and infrastructural development.

The college is popular among the students and surrounding area for its serene campus, academic and administrative excellence of the staff members, discipline and ethical values. Along with basic facilities it provides various other facilities to the students through cells like Research Guidance Cell, Career Counseling Cell, and Network Resource Centre etc.

The college has rich Knowledge and Resource centre with number of books, e-books and SOUL software to manage the library record. The teaching staff of the college ignites the minds of the students whereas physical education department of the college makes the students physically strong by conducting different activities. Hence the college strives hard for the overall development of the students and surrounding community.
